FAQ about financial issues

Why do I have to pay a registration fee? (students only)

We are asking students to pay a small amount as registration fee. Paying the registration fee tells us that you really want to participate in CSI. Registration fee is non-refundable, however if you are accepted, it will be regarded as the first installment of your participation fee.

How can I make the payment?

  • bank transfer: go to Finances page and click on the via bank transfer button, the account details appear at the bottom of the page, but you may also find the data on our website.
Our bank account number has changed. Please check the details here.
  • PayPal: go to Finances page and click on the via PayPal button, you will be redirected to the PayPal site, where you can make the payment from your PayPal account.
  • using your bank card on PayPal's site: go to Finances page and click on the via PayPal button, you will be redirected to the PayPal site, where you can pay directly with your bank card.

What happens if my registration fee doesn't arrive in 8 days? (students only)

Please make the payment of the registration fee asap, because myCSI system will automatically delete your application if your registration fee doesn't arrive in time. We would be very sorry to tell you to start your application all over again.

What if the fees are too high for me? (students only)

CSI offers tuition fee discounts on an individual basis for talented students and also for those in need. It is important for us that talented students don't get lost. Tuition fee discount may be requested in the myCSI application system.

What if I cannot make the payment by the deadline?

The payment deadline is printed on the Summary page of your application. You can choose to pay in one lump sum or in installments. However if you cannot pay all your fees by the deadline, please contact us via the Message board, and we will discuss about setting up a new deadline.
