TARJÁNYI, Krisztina Irma (HUN)
Actress, Leader of the Sostenuto Department
Since 2017, I have been privileged to lead the spiritual program at the Crescendo Summer Institute. In this role, I explore the duty of an artist and how one can embody one's place in society and contribute to the Kingdom of God. This intersection of faith and art inspires my work and interactions with aspiring artists.
As both an artist and educator, I embrace each stage with a mix of enthusiasm and humility, reflecting the idea: "I am small, I stand on a chair, and from there I shout big." My journey—from a childhood figure skater in Csíkszereda to a physiotherapist and award-winning actor—has been shaped by a profound dedication to the arts and a passion for teaching, as well as a desire to explore the deeper significance of the performing lifestyle.
Recently, I wrote and directed a short movie script titled "Együtt fölfelé," which allowed me to explore new creative dimensions and connect with audiences uniquely. This project also allowed me to address a taboo topic, as it highlights the struggles that every fifth couple faces in Hungary: the difficult path to having children.
