KEMENES, András (HUN)

András Kemenes graduated from the Liszt Ferenc Academy of Music in 1982. His teachers were Pál Kadosa, Ferenc Rados and György Kurtág. After graduating, he had  postgraduate studies in Moscow at the Tchaikovsky Conservatory, then at Dresden where he was a student of Prof. Amadeus Webersinke.

He began his teaching at the Kodály School in Kecskemét, where had been teaching from 1984 to 1991. Currently he is a piano teacher at the Liszt Ferenc Academy of Music. He has given concerts, courses, participated in juries in many countries in Europe, Japan and South Korea.
